Technical support is free for our customers purchased our products. We provide support from Monday to Friday. We try our best to monitor the tickets around the clock, please allow 24 – 48 hours to receive an answer to your issue. Support only deals with installation of the theme, features available by default, bug fixes, and small modifications within one or two lines of code. You have to understand that you buy the item as it is. If you want it to look or function different than what you see in the online demo you need to understand that this is not covered by basic support. We are willing to give small tips and advices. But if your requests are coming one after the other and you don’t have the slightest clue of what CSS or HTML is, your best bet is to contact the Our Services Team. They will be very helpful. Post as much information as you can on your requests: links and screenshots. Provide us with all the information you can give! Confidential info can always be sent by private tickets.
Important note: If you add another comment on your ticket before we reply to your initial one, your ticket will be pushed down the list. This is because we are replying to all tickets in the order that they arrive into our ticketing system. Thank you for your patience.
